Today's card was created using a stamp from the Penny Black "Flower Gallery" stamp set. I purchased this from Joans Gardens. The image was colored using Copic markers then cut out. The card stock color is lovely lavender. I used the Martha Stewart pansy punch, also from Joans Gardens, because it goes so well with the stamped image. After punching the border I used a long rectangle Nestability to emboss a frame around the punched border. A small piece of white cs was embossed with the Cuttlebug Dotted swiss embossing folder and add in the center. The basket of pansies was attached with dimensional tape . The verse (from MTME) was stamped and cut out with a Nestability then sponged before removing from the die. This card is 5x7 inches so the background had to be embossed twice with the cuttlebug Dotted Swiss embossing folder. I embossed one half of it then the other side. Small pearls were added to complete the card.
