Alstroemeria Concertina Card

On Susan's Garden Club Facebook LIVE video this week, she created a Concertina Card and gave very detailed instructions on how to create it.  You can watch the video then go to her Susan's Garden Club Blog for exact measurements.

Above is the front of the  Concertina card I created.  It is decorated using Susan's Garden Club Alstroemeria, Feverfew, and Beauty Berry Branch.

The Alstroemeria were die cut using white card stock.  The colors I sponged on are Altenew Snapdragon and Grapevine inks.  For the burgundy lines, I used the Arteza A164 fine line pen.  The flowers were shaped using Susan's Flower Tool Kit.  The tall stamens were cut in half and burgundy pollen added to the tips.

The Feverfew flowers were assembled, the small yellow centers added, then yellow pollen added.  The Beauty Berry Bush branches were die cut from white card stock, sponged green and burgundy berries added.

I used Becca Feeken's  Candlewick Rectangle die set from Spellbinders for the white doily behind the arrangement.

Following the measurements Susan posted on her blog, I prepared all the pieces needed to assemble the Concertina Card.  When these were all cut, I went to her Garden Club Facebook video and followed along to assemble the card.

Susan's instructions are very easy to follow.  I hope you will give this fun card a try.  Any of  Susan's Garden Notes flowers will be beautiful on the front.
