I love to create Susan's Garden Notes Lilacs. This week on Susan's Garden Club LIVE Facebook video, she showed us a different way to color the lilac petals. She colored them on the back side, while they were still in the die, using a dark purple marker. The ink soaked through to give a light purple coloring on the front. They look so realistic. This information is in the second portion of the Swing Card Video.
I used Becca Feeken's Candlewick Oval die set from Spellbinders for the raised panel for this pretty lilac. The design paper is from a Stamperia design paper pad.
Many of you have been asking when Susan's new Garden Notes release from Spellbinders will be released. She announced it will be the first of September. We are all very excited to see what beautiful flowers she will have for us to work with this Fall.
