Gold ornaments

Today I have a beautiful, quick and easy Christmas card.  The background was embossed on Ivory CS with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  Two stamps from Nina Brackett's "Vintage Borders", available from Gina K Designs, was used for the design.  I first stamped the strung ornaments using VersaMark and embossed with super fine gold embossing powder.  Then using a stamp positioner, I stamped the beautiful border for the ornaments to hang from.  The design was cut out using Nestabilities.  The scalloped background was cut out using gold card stock .  The card stock perfectly matches the embossing powder all from Gina K Designs.  Some gold cording was wrapped around the middle of the background  embossed piece and four gold brads added to each corner.  Like I said, this was a very quick and easy card to make with Nina's beautiful new stamp set.

Tomorrow I will be participating in a Christmas card blog hop with many other designers from StampTV.  Be sure to check back so you can get lots of ideas for your Christmas cards.
