Today I have a pretty card just to say hello.
This is a 6-inch card. A piece of ModaScrap Fly and Scrap Design Paper was used to cover the front of the card.
A white frame was die cut using Els van de Burgt's Fitted Rectangles and Postage Stamp die sets. The two frames were attached together using 3mm Clear Double Sided Adhesive then attached to the left side of the card front.
The flower was created using Susan's Garden Notes Gerbera Daisy die set. The flower was shaped using Susan's Flower Tool Kit. The dark pink petals were cut in half using the Elizabeth Craft Design Fine Pointed Scissors. PanPastels were used to shade on the darker pink to the center petals
The Lavender was created using the Garden Notes Lavender die set. To attach the small purple flowers to the Lavender, use the Elizabeth Craft Designs Fine Pointed Tweezers.
For foliage behind the flower, two leafy branches were die cut using the Trio of Leaves die set. Shape with the Flower Tool Kit.
Attach the Lavender, leafy branches and Gerbera Daisy inside the frame, as shown.
Use the Words 2 die set to die cut the white sentiment an attach it to the right top side of the frame.
Use an Acrylic Clear Box for mailing this card.
Who do you know that would be happy to receive this pretty "hello" card.
