This is a 6-inch square top-fold card made with lavender cardstock. For the first layer on the card front, cut a piece of white cardstock 5 1/2 inches square.
To create the oval opening, use the second largest Fitted Oval die to cut an opening in the 5 1/2 inch square.
Now die cut the lavender oval frame. Use the largest Fitted Oval to die cut an oval in a piece of lavender cardstock. Using the negative piece, tape the largest Dotted Scalloped Oval, centered over the Fitted Oval opening. This will die cut a narrow frame as shown on the card. Run through the die cutting machine. Glue the narrow lavender frame over the oval opening on the 5 1/2 inch square. Use a scoring board to score around the outside edges of the 5 1/2 inch cardstock to create a raised ridge and give a finished appearance.
Emboss a piece of white cardstock with an all over background of your choice. Glue this embossed piece to the back of the 5 1/2 inch square making sure that it is positioned so it fills the oval. Adhere this square to the front of the card. Be careful to put glue ONLY along the bottom edge. You will be tucking an egg and grass inside the oval in a later step.
Use the Corners 1 die set to cut two lavender cardstock corners. Attach these to the upper corners. (Option: Back the cardstock with Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape prior to cutting instead of using glue to adhere the corners.)
Use the Joset Designs Easter Egg die set to cut four egg overlays and four solid eggs from white cardstock. Spray the solid colors with inks or mists to create a rainbow effect. Adhere the white overlays over the solid eggs. (Option: Back the cardstock used for the overlays with Clear Double Sided Adhesive Tape prior to cutting.)
Use the grass die from the Easter Egg die set to cut five light green cardstock pieces. Use a green colored pencil to draw blades of grass onto the die cut strips.
Using tan ink, stamp the Woodland Pals Clear Stamp Set bunny. Die cut using the matching die.
Use the Garden Notes Lily die set to cut enough pieces to create 3 lilies. Color, shape and assemble the lilies. If you're new to making paper lilies, please watch Susan's Garden Notes - Lily YouTube Video at this LINK.
Arrange and adhere Easter eggs, grass, bunny and flowers on the card front as shown in the photo.
Hope this card gives you some ideas to start creating your Easter cards.
