Today I tried something new that I think turned out real pretty. I used the largest Spellbinders "Romantic Rectangles" die for the background for the Memory Box "Flowering Christmas Tree". I felt the background was to "plain" so decided to see what would happen if I embossed the new Nellie Snellen "Oval" frame inside the die cut frame. It worked out great and I feel gave a beautiful border around this pretty die cut tree. The tree was die cut using shiny silver card stock. This is a 5"x7" card. To create an embossed background for the frame, I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder.
The sentiment was created using some Crystal Alphabet Stickers by Mark Richards. They added the perfect "sparkle" for this pretty card. A few extra rhinestones were added to the tree and on the background, to complete the card.
