I have some more new products from Joan's Gardens to show you today. The new Cheery Lynn release is out and you can see all the new dies at Joan's Gardens. One of the dies Joan and I have been wanting for the Build A Flower Series is the branch which can be used for so many things. I created a wreath with the branches from the "Wreath Strip". There are two sizes of branches with a total of seven on the strip. It makes it so easy to get a lot of these branches at one time. I plan to use these die cuts for fill-ins around flowers. This is similar to the Martha Stewart Branch punch that has been discontinued. The bow on the wreath is from the "Special Occasions" set. There are a lot of dies on this plate. I used the tools from the Flower Tool Kit to give the bow some shape.
This is a 5.5" x 5.5" card. The background was embossed with a new Sizzix embossing folder called "Dots". It has different sizes of small dots that resemble snow. I added a little piece of design paper from my "stash" along the left side. It has silver embossing in it. The snowflakes are from the new new Cheery Lynn dies; Snowflowers Set 1, and Snowflowers Set 2. I love the small size of these snowflakes. The sentiment is from the Cheery Lynn release last month; it is called "Merry Christmas Set"; it was die cut using shiny silver card stock. I am wearing a red shirt and I see it picked up the red it. To finish off the card, I added Kaiser Craft clear rhinestones to the wreath and in the center of the snowflakes.
Be sure to go over to Joan's Gardens to check out all the new dies.
