This card is made with Melanie Muenchinger's "A Year of Leaves" available from Gina K Designs. The leaves were stamped with Memento black ink, on glossy CS, and then colored with sponge daubers using different colors of dye ink. The top panel was embossed with the Cuttlebug Argyle embossing folder. River Rock ink was brayered on the top side of the embossing folder prior to embossing. A piece of designer paper (name unknown) added to the bottom then a piece of rust colored ribbon added across the middle. The verse is from Gina K's "Take Flight" stamp set. The Caterpillar is also from "A Year of Leaves". It was cut out with the Label Five Nestability and sponged prior to taking out of the die. A Martha Stewart leaf punch was used for the extra Really Rust leaves. A bow and jewel were added to complete the card.

This is gorgeous! You sure have a way of doing those leaves... they're truly a work of art!
i just saw this over on STV and wanted to pop over here...Selma, I just love your cards! every single one...
Selma, this is magnificent.
This is sooo beautiful. Breathtaking.
Very stunning and realistic - I love the touch of the extra punched leaves and the jewel adds the perfect finishing touch. Would you consider doing a tutorial on inking the cuttlebug folders? I have read about people doing that, but I guess that I am more of a visual learner and would love to watch someone do it and see the whole process from beginning to end.
Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!
Selma,
I love this card and all the rich fall colors in the leaves and designer paper. I love to look at the trees outside when the leaves are changing colors in the fall, it is so pretty, and you have captured the beauty of fall in the gorgeous card.
