Feelings Of Hope Blog Hop

Feelings of Hope

Gina challenged the CenterStage Spotlight team to make a card with the new Hope is Faith stamp set using  the photo above for inspiration.  Check out Gina's blog for all the details on this special stamp set.
Then, stop by all the other  STV designer's blogs participating in the hop tonight:

Here is my card for this challenge:

This beautiful butterfly was stamped using Memento  black ink and colored with Copics then cut out.  A piece of Basic Grey dp was used for the background.  Flowers from Gina's "Spring Florals" set were stamped onto a piece of white cs and colored with Copics.  This piece was cut out with Nesties and sponged with yellow ink before taking it out of the die. To give more depth to the card I stamped more flowers and cut them out.  The stems were glued at the bottom and the flowers were attached with dimensional dots.  Flower Soft was added to the center of each flower.  This piece is framed with a piece of green card stock.  The verse from "Hope and Faith" was stamped and cut out with deckled Nestabilities.  Green Dew Drops were added to finish the card.
Here are the links to the other designer's blogs:

Thanks for stopping by.  Tomorrow I will post my card for the StampTV Blast From the Past Challenge.
