For Someone Special

First I want to let you know that Joan's mother is not doing very well and I am sure Joan would appreciate prayers for her.  They believe the tumor has grown large enough to touch her spine.  It is extremely painful and Joan is having to give her lots of medication.

Are you having a big Super Bowl Party today?  Our grandkids have planned a party so we will be going there this afternoon.  I have to admit I don't even know who is playing but the commercials are usually fun to watch.

Today I have made another card using colored vellum and some of the punches I puchased from Joan's Gardens.  The flowers on my card are Bachelor Buttons.  The background dp is from Basic Grey.  A Nestability Lacy Circle was die cut and embossed with the CB "Leafy Branch" embossing folder.  It was attached with dimensional tape to a blue Nesties circle.  The flowers were arranged and some greenery tucked in.  A bow was added.  The sentiment is from the new JustRite "Birthday Sentiments" set.  I cut it out with a Nestability Labels 4 die and sponged it before taking it out of the die.  Some liquid pearls were added to complete the card.

Well I'm off to the party.
