Merry Christmas Sweater Card

It is so fun to work with the  new Joset Designs Winter Sweater die set to see how many different sweaters you can create.  You can watch the Elizabeth Craft Designs - Technique Friday with Els YouTube Video for instructions.   Els guest designer this week is Joset to show you how to assemble the Winter Sweater.  Joset also displays many different sweater ideas. Go to this Elizabeth Craft Designs YouTube Video at this LINK.

This is a 6x6 inch card.  For the background, I used a piece of design paper I received from a dear friend in the Netherlands called Winter Bauble.

The Winter Sweater was die cut using light blue felt.  I used a piece of design paper, with an Argyle  design, and cut out the narrow strip to go down the front of the sweater.  To dress it up, I used Elizabeth Craft Designs Silver Line Stickers to go around the edges of the design, plus around the collar and cuffs.

For a frame, I used the Els van de Burgt Studio Fitted Ovals and Fitted Frames 4 Curvy Oval die sets to die cut it, using Soft Finish White Cardstock.  The two frames were glued together.  Silver Peel Off Sticker Glitter Dots were added into the die cut circles in the frame.  Silver Peel Off Merry Christmas Stickers were used for the sentiment.  On the same sticker sheet, there are little stars, which were arranged around the sweater.  Silver Peel Off Corner Stickers were used on each corner.  It is so nice to have the Peel Off Stickers to add finishing touches to your projects!

I have more cards designed using Joset's new Winter  Sweater die set that I will be posting soon.  You can also check out all the cards on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Facebook page.

The following Supplies can be purchased from Elizabeth Craft Designs:

What a lovely Christmas card my friend. It truly won't be long until we are needing these to send to family and friends! I love the sweater and those corner pieces really catch my eye!
