More Heartfelt Creations Botanical Florals

I have used these pretty flowers from Heartfelt Creations before showing you how to layer them.   Today I have used just a single flower from the Botanical Floral PreCut Set to create this card.  The flower used is the smallest in this set.

This is a 5.5" square card.  A piece of design paper from my "scrap box" was used for the background.  On the left side of the card I used a piece of the Cheery Lynn "Lattice #2" Frame (FRM115).  All of the little Heartfelt Creations flowers were white embossed on white card stock then sponged with blue ink and cut out with the matching Spellbinders "Rose Creations Shapeabilities" dies.  The "Medium Sparkle" punch was used to create the stamens.  The flowers were shaped with the tools from the Flower Tool Kit.  The pretty ivory frame behind the bird cage is the Marianne Designs (LR0116) frame.  It was just perfect to fit behind the cute Tim Holtz "Mini Bird & Cage". I love the size of this bird cage and bird on a card.  I know Joan has these in stock if you want to order one.  This is one of those "Repositionable Magnetic Dies" you can use in the Movers & Shapers Base Tray.  The cage was shaped with the large white tool from the Flower Tool Kit.  The bird was die cut using blue card stock then sponged with blue ink.  A pencil was used to add the wing and Copic markers used to color the beak and feet.

All three of the Cheery Lynn "Exotic Butterfly Mini" (DL112) butterflies were die cut and sponged with light gray ink.  Three Marianne  Designs "Forest Branches" (LR0150) were die cut and added to the left of the bird cage.  The flowers and butterflies were added over the branches.  A little blue bow was added to complete the card.

As you know, all these products are available from Joan's Gardens

Have a great weekend.
