First I want to wish my great blogging friend, Olga Jewell, a very happy birthday. If you know Olga and want to wish her a happy birthday just click on her name and it will take you to her blog.
This is a card I designed for Heartfelt Creations. The products used are: HCPC 2244 Cameo Daisy Flowers 1 PreCut Set; HCPC 3363 Inspire Me Sentiments PreCut Set; Bossom Nestabilities; HCD 701 Decorative Buttterfly-Border; Heart Nestabilities.
This is a 5.5 inch square card. The background paper is from a Martha Stewart Paper Pad. Two sizes of Nestability hearts were cut out. A second large pink heart was cut out then cut around the edges with scissors so I could emboss the center with the Cuttlebug “Love Language” embossing folder. This was attached in the center of the large heart. The sentiment was stamped, with black ink, on the smaller pink heart. Each scallop on the white hearts was pierced.
Sixteen of the smallest Cameo Daisy Flowers were white embossed on white card stock then sponged with pink ink. They were cut out with the matching Blossom Nestability. Eight of the flowers were cut between petals so I could shape them. The shaped flowers were glued to a flower not cut between petals. The border was cut out and a Cuttlebug small border was embossed on the top. It was attached to the bottom of the card. Two Cuttlebug die cut corners were added to the top corners.
The large heart was attached to the design paper. The small heart was attached with two glue pop dots stacked on the top of each other and only one pop dot on the bottom so it elevated the top of the heart. A small bow was added to this heart. The flowers were arranged on the larger heart and Martha Stewart branches tucked under them. Liquid Pearls were added to the center of the flowers.
