Snowmen Melt Your Heart

I had so much fun creating this project.  I started off with an acrylic Pillow Box and decorated a band to go around it.  I used the Martha Stewart snowflake punch to create a border on each side of the band then added glitter to each snowflake.  A piece of ribbon was run down the middle then two pieces of rick rack along each edge.

The Snowman is one I received from Joan's Gardens.  It is a Heartfelt Creations stamp called "Snowmen Melt Your Heart PreCut set" (HCPC 3342).  Isn't he a cute snowman.  There are two snowmen in this set.  I created a frame using Nestability dies and stamped the verse from this set in the middle.  The snowman and additional Martha Stewart snowflakes were added with dimensionals.  Glitter was added to these snowflakes too.  A bow was added to complete the package.  Since it is not Christmas time yet, I could not find Christmas candy so just purchased some Ghirardelli chocolate to put inside.  When I give this away at Christmas, I will include differently wrapped chocolates.  You could even put in some cute Christmas cards to give to someone.    I love snowmen so this was a set I loved working with.

Great project Selma! I love snowmen too -- over the past several years have bought enough snowmen/women ornaments to decorate an entire tree!
