Pastel Butterfly

This card was made using Gina's "Eclectic Summer" stamp set. I need a special card for someone and decided to compete it following one of the Challenges on StampTV. Lee's Potluck Friday challenge has four things you have to do and I believe I have completed all of them. You can check the challenge out here. I always have a hard time matching up different designer papers when I do a card but this one came together pretty well because I used papers from the Gypsy Basic Grey Paper Pad. I also used a piece of SU designer paper and Blush Blossom and Barely Banana card stock.

The Butterfly was Gold embossed and colored with Copic markers. I matted each of the layers on Pretty in Pink card stock and embossed the Barely Banana piece with the new Victoria Cuttlebug embossing folder. Pink brads and pink bow were added for the "bling"

I fell in love with this card as soon as I saw it. This would make a great "pink ribbon" card for someone that was newly diagnosed...

Selma,

OMG this card is so beautiful, and the butterfly is gorgeous. Once again your choice of colors are so pretty. Very soft and delicate. I would love to receive a card like this.
